Animal welfare policy

Animals in our care or in the care of our transport partners must have appropriate space, ventilation, feed and water, and must be handled without unnecessary stress or rough treatment.

Journey times are planned to be as short as practicable, with loading densities appropriate to the species and vehicle, and with rest, feed and water arrangements for longer movements.

Movements comply with Thai requirements for animal health and movement permits, and animals showing signs of illness or injury are not loaded.

We work with partners able to meet these requirements and will decline business where they cannot be met.
