When you submit a quote request or supplier application we collect the details you provide: your name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, country, and the commercial details of your enquiry.

We do not collect special category personal data, and we ask that you do not include it in free-text fields.

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, to negotiate and perform a commercial relationship, and to keep records required for accounting and regulatory purposes.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to manage the commercial relationship and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted.

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorised staff of the company can view them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to further contact at any time.
